These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of the 77hb website and all services, games, betting markets, promotions, and features accessible through it (collectively, the "Platform"). They constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Player" or "User") and 77hb. By registering an account or placing a wager on the Platform, you confirm that you have read, understood, and accepted these Terms in full.

77hb reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Platform after any modification constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms. 1.1

Age Requirement

To register an account and use the 77hb Platform, you must be at least 21 years of age. By accepting these Terms, you confirm that you meet this requirement. 77hb may request proof of age at any time. If a player is found to be under the required age, their account will be suspended immediately, all winnings will be voided, and any deposited funds will be returned minus any bonus amounts already awarded.

1.2

Jurisdictional Eligibility

You are solely responsible for ensuring that your use of the Platform is lawful in your jurisdiction. 77hb does not provide services to users in jurisdictions where online gambling is explicitly prohibited by law. By accessing the Platform, you warrant that online gaming is not prohibited in the jurisdiction from which you are accessing the Platform. 77hb accepts no liability for any violation of applicable local law by the Player.

1.3

Excluded Persons

Employees, contractors, directors, and officers of 77hb, as well as their immediate family members and household members, are not permitted to open an account or participate in any gaming or promotional activity on the Platform. Any account found to be held by an excluded person will be closed without notice and all funds will be forfeited.

2.1

Registration & Single Account Policy

Each individual player may hold only one active account on the Platform at any time. Registering more than one account — whether under the same or different names, email addresses, payment methods, or devices — is a breach of these Terms and will result in the suspension of all associated accounts and the forfeiture of any outstanding balances. You must provide accurate and complete information during registration. 77hb reserves the right to verify the information provided at any time.

2.2

Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials (username and password). All activity carried out under your account credentials is your responsibility, whether or not you authorised that activity. If you suspect unauthorised access to your account, you must notify 77hb support immediately at [email protected]. 77hb will not be liable for any losses arising from unauthorised account access where the Player has failed to take reasonable steps to protect their credentials.

2.3

Account Verification (KYC)

77hb may require Players to complete identity verification (KYC) procedures prior to processing any withdrawal request. Verification documents may include government-issued photo identification, proof of address, and proof of payment method ownership. Failure to provide satisfactory documentation within the required timeframe may result in the temporary or permanent suspension of the account and the withholding of pending withdrawals pending resolution.

3.1

Deposits

The minimum deposit amount is ৳500. Deposits may be made via bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Visa, and Mastercard. All deposits are credited to the Player's account in real time upon successful payment confirmation. 77hb does not charge any fee on deposits; however, your payment provider may apply their own fees, for which 77hb accepts no responsibility. Players are responsible for ensuring that funds deposited originate from payment methods registered in their own name.

3.2

Withdrawals

Withdrawal requests are processed to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit on the account. Standard withdrawal requests are processed within 5 minutes during normal operating hours (Bangladesh Standard Time, UTC+6). 77hb does not charge any withdrawal fee. The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500. Before any withdrawal is processed, the Player's account must be fully verified and all applicable wagering requirements on any active bonus must be met in full.

3.3

Currency & Exchange

The Platform operates in Bangladeshi Taka (৳ / BDT). All account balances, bonus amounts, wagering requirements, and displayed odds are denominated in BDT. 77hb does not accept responsibility for currency conversion losses where a Player's external payment account operates in a different currency.

4.1

General Bonus Terms

All bonuses and promotional offers made available on the Platform are subject to their respective individual terms and conditions, which will be clearly stated at the time the bonus is offered. In the absence of specific terms, the following general conditions apply to all bonuses: one bonus per Player per promotion period; bonuses are non-transferable and have no cash value until wagering requirements are met; bonuses may not be combined unless explicitly stated otherwise.

4.2

Wagering Requirements

All bonus amounts are subject to wagering requirements before any withdrawal can be made. The applicable wagering requirement (rollover) multiplier will be specified in the individual bonus terms. Wagering contributions may vary by game type — for example, slots may contribute 100% while live table games contribute a lower percentage. 77hb reserves the right to cancel a bonus and any associated winnings if it determines that the bonus was claimed in bad faith or through exploitation of the Platform.

5.1

Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the Platform and will result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of all balances, and where applicable, referral to relevant authorities: use of automated software, bots, or scripts to interact with the Platform; collusion with other Players or third parties to gain an unfair advantage; exploitation of software errors, glitches, or vulnerabilities; fraudulent chargebacks or payment disputes raised in bad faith; money laundering, or using the Platform for any financial crime.

5.2

Void Bets & Game Integrity

77hb reserves the right to void any bet or game result where there is evidence of system malfunction, data feed error, or where the integrity of the result is in question. In such circumstances, the original stake will be returned to the Player's account. Winnings accrued as a direct result of a known error or malfunction will not be honoured and will be removed from the account balance.

77hb reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms and Conditions at any time. When material changes are made, the "Last Updated" date on this page will be revised accordingly. Where 77hb considers a change to be significant, reasonable efforts will be made to notify registered Players via the email address on file. Your continued use of the Platform after any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree to the revised Terms, you must cease using the Platform and may request a withdrawal of your available balance.

These Terms and Conditions, and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them, shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable law. Players are responsible for complying with all local laws applicable to online gaming in their jurisdiction. 77hb does not guarantee that use of the Platform is lawful in any particular jurisdiction and makes no representation to that effect. Any dispute between a Player and 77hb that cannot be resolved through the Platform's customer support process shall be subject to binding arbitration, the details of which will be communicated to the Player at the time the dispute is escalated.
